This is a key appointment for the business and an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded, qualified accountant to join the senior leadership team and play a central role in the next phase of the company's growth. Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will lead the finance function, strengthen financial controls and reporting and provide the commercial insight required to support continued expansion.
The business has ambitious plans for the future and is investing heavily in its infrastructure, systems and people. They are seeking an experienced finance leader who can combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach, whilst helping to shape and develop the financefunction as thecompany continues to grow.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, with experience operating at Financial Controller level and ideally within a fast‑paced commercial environment. Strong technical accounting skills, commercial awareness and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business will be essential.
