In the role of a Area Listing Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing the sales instructions within both branches by:
1. Generating and conducting sale valuation appointments
2. Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
3. Business prospecting and proactive activity
4. Extensive local market knowledge and networking
5. Maximising branch income through cross-selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
6. Displaying excellent customer service at all times
We are looking for our next Rockstar, and as such, you must have experience working in estate agency as either a Senior Negotiator with valuation experience, seeking progression, or a Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and the next step in your career. Having experience in conducting sales valuations is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual eager to make a significant impact on the branch's success story.
