Our client is seeking a dynamic individual like you to lead their New Product Introduction projects in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. Role : NPI Project Engineer Location : Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 DOE About the Company : This company is a trusted and recognised key provider of precision components and engineering solutions across aerospace and defence, oil and gas, nuclear, construction, marine, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities : - Compile and manage accurate project plans for New Product Introduction. - Schedule and manage associated processes to ensure timely completion. - Lead NPI development teams, ensuring excellent RFT and OTIF metrics. - Ensure compliance with contracts and statutory requirements. - Manage components, assemblies, and projects through processes pre and post-manufacture. - Collaborate with teams to determine methods and routes of manufacture, including 3D CAD, work holding, tooling, programming, and quality requirements. - Track parts through engineering, manufacture, and quality processes. Requirements : - Proven experience in managing NPI development teams. - Strong commercial, technical, project, and risk management skills. - Expertise in CNC manufacturing methods. - Extensive knowledge of materials, processes, and treatments. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
