We are looking for a LeadPractice Nurse (or aspiring Lead) and/or Practice Nurse (full or part-timeconsidered)
CricketGreen Medical Practice is a forward-thinking, well established GP surgery inSouth West London. We provide care for a patient population of close to 12,000,working alongside a multi-skilled team of 40 clinical and administrative staff,supported by four GP partners.
We arelooking to appoint an experienced Practice Nurse to join our busymedical surgery in Mitcham, to work alongside a great team of GPs, administratorsand receptionists on a part-time, permanent basis.
In thisrole, you will be working with our highly supportive and skilled team, in verybusy surgery, working on long-term conditions management, manage the nursingrota as well as various admin tasks. You will have proven experience of postregistration clinical experience in an appropriate clinical setting and the skills,knowledge and ability to deal with a full range of Practice nursing duties.

You willact as the lead nurse and you can expect a wide range of duties, including butnot limited to, child immunisations; phlebotomy; travel risk assessment andvaccine delivery; cervical screening; and carrying out home visits.

About us
The offer:
A salarybetween £40,000 and £55,000 per annum wte, depending on skills and experience.
Fairlyflexible but must be available to work until 20:00 on Tuesdays.
Theposition is based at the Practice. There is no hybrid or working fromhome available in this role.
Theposition is offered on a permanent basis. A probationary period will apply.
Theholiday allowance of 5 weeks per full leave year will be pro-rated to yourjoining date and working hours. The 8 bank holidays are in addition, also on apro-rated basis.
Eligibilityto join the NHS pension scheme.

Qualifications
* At least 1 years experience in clinical post registration
Experience
* Able to practice autonomously within appropriate standards, policies and protocols.
* Personal and professional integrity, including issues of confidentiality.
* Self-motivated and able to work under own direction with relevant supervision.
* Able to work collaboratively within a small clinical team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* You will work with Word and Excel every day and must already use both at an intermediate or advanced level.
* In addition, you will work from several other systems necessary for the efficient running of a GP practice. You will receive training on all internal systems if you are not familiar with them already.
