We are seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of disrepair claims, ensuring that clients receive appropriate compensation for housing disrepair issues.

Would suit graduate or similar looking for a stepping stone into law practice and to gain exposure to litigation

Main Duties And Responsibilities:
1. Managing your own case load of housing disrepair claims being pre and post litigated cases.
2. Discuss potential claims and provide an initial screening review on the telephone in-line with the agreed criteria for new cases.
3. To review incoming information and establish a possible claim route.
