Overview
To contribute to the provision of health care to the people of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board by providing confidential and comprehensive secretarial service to the consultant and associated team within the consultant's speciality.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support to surgical consultants and their team.
* Routine typing/audio typing of clinical correspondence.
* Manage consultant's diaries, prioritise results and organise clinical activity.
* Liaise with patients, GPs and outside Health Boards to provide treatment and care.
Welsh Language
Welsh skills are desirable but not essential. Speaking & listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above are considered an advantage.
