The Analytics and Strategy directorate plays a critical role within the AASC contract. As an Associate Product Owner, you will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to define detailed requirements and foster innovation aligned with the overall business strategy. You must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Agile Software Delivery, including product backlog management, sprint planning and execution, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
* Product Backlog Management: Demonstrate skills in creating, prioritizing, and refining a product backlog.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with various departments and senior stakeholders.
* Technical Literacy: Understand web and mobile technologies, APIs, and databases; communicate effectively with technical teams and understand technical constraints.
* Interpersonal Skills: Be self-motivated, proactive, and take initiative. Possess problem-solving skills, work well in cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, take accountability, and remain calm under pressure. Be approachable and inspire trust.
