Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ashby-De-La-Zouch for a Kitchen Design and Technical Lead. The role involves designing bespoke kitchens, dressing rooms and a wide range of furniture for the home providing technical expertise, and collaborating directly with customers to ensure their vision is realised. Responsibilities also include carrying out site surveys, managing cabinetry specifications, advising on design options, scheduling external tradespeople and delivering outstanding customer service and sales support.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in designing kitchens, dressing rooms & other furniture for the home with practical knowledge of layout, cabinetry, appliance options and creating the 'wow' factor!
* Strong Customer Service skills with expertise in clear and professional communication
* Experience in Sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
* The ability to follow our system from the initial meeting, the design, quote, sale and order process to the hand over to the manufacturing team.
* Detail-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively with others particularly liaising with our on-site manufacturing team and in-house installation team.
* Familiarity with CAD design software is required - we use Articad for which training can be provided if you are more familiar with a different CAD software programme but you must have previous experience of CAD design
