We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistants to support a Primary/Secondary SEMH School.\n\nAbout the school \n\nPrimary – ACS and SEMH\nSecondary KS3 –KS5 – Challenging behaviour, SEMH, ADHD\nVulnerable young people, emotional and mental health\nOutreach/Community Worker\nThey are looking for at least 2 of the following qualities:\n\nPrevious experience working in a PRU or alternative provision\nGraduate (Sociology, Sports, Criminology or Psychology)\nExperienced Youth or Community Support Worker\nSupport workers from mental health facilities or high-risk secure units\nSports coaches looking to transfer skills in supporting vulnerable young pupils’ education\nConfident, resilient, positive personality\nRole:\n\nThis will be supporting students with social, emotional, mental health needs across either primary or secondary ages providing classroom support.\nYou will also be required to provide 1:1 support with any emotional issues, and supporting if pupils are behind with their work\nRequirements:\n\nExperience and understanding of how to support young people with social, emotional, mental health needs\nFlexible in being able to provide 1:1, group support\nDea...
