Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:15pm Hybrid working after 12 weeks £25,500 Pro Rata 4 % bonus We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a part-time Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team based in central Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, particularly within a contact centre or phone-based environment, who is passionate about delivering excellent service. This position offers a stable, permanent opportunity with set daytime hours, along with hybrid working available after successful completion of a 12-week training period. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information or suitable solutions. Update and maintain customer records within internal systems. Deliver a consistently high standard of service, maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support wider service delivery. About You Experience in customer service, contact centre work, or a phone-based office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage varied customer interactions Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Able to remain calm and professional when under pressure or dealing with challenging situations
