Contract Type: 9 months fixed term contract
The role
* Support a range of Catalogue Data Cleanse and testing activities for delivery of a major transformation project in ITV Studios and Global Partnerships.
* Responsible for ensuring data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness and usability) of the content metadata maintained and presented through the Content Hub and through integrations to other business applications.
* Support a wide range of Quality Assurance and User Testing activities across various catalogue systems and workflows.
Main responsibilities
* Work with the Catalogue Manager and Programme delivery team to ensure the Content Hub is kept "clean and up to date" across all Data Points.
* Liaise with business leads in Rights Management, Finance, Sales & Licensing and the Programme delivery team on specific catalogue field requirements and cleanse activities.
* Key point contact for fixing data inconsistencies or lack of alignment across other systems e.g. Salesforce, Rightsline, Content Catalogue
* Support uploads of content metadata and fixes not supported through integrations
* Support any required reporting requirements throughout the project implementation and during hypercare post Go Live
* Provide exception reporting for completion of metadata and gap analysis
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
* Solid experience in a related capacity
* Advanced Excel skills and formulas essential
* Previous experience of working with large data sets
* Attention to detail including spelling and grammar and fluency in spoken English
* Proven experience of managing priorities and planning
* Passionate about TV content and a good understanding of the hierarchy around the structure of TV content and the data that is important in Catalogue Management
* Experience working across multiple stakeholder teams
* Flexible work attitude and a willingness to take on duties beyond the job description
