About the Role As a tutor, you will: Deliver high-quality 1:1 or small-group tuition (in-person in Surrey; some remote work may be possible) Plan engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Work with parents, schools, and our team to support learner outcomes Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential Strong subject knowledge (primary or secondary) Experience working with diverse learners Good communication and organisational skills Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer £25-35 per hour, depending on your experience Flexible scheduling to suit your availability Supportive team and access to teaching resources Opportunity to make a real difference in students' academic confidence and achievement
