Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.

BMW UK, Financial Services, Farnborough – Customer Insights and Complaints Analyst - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)

What awaits you:

1. Analyse customer feedback from the BMW Group Financial Services and Alphabet customer insight survey programme and complaints reporting, focusing on identifying trends, concerns, and areas for attention.
2. Highlight key findings and insights and present them to the Customer Insight Programme Manager, Process & Quality Implementation Manager, and relevant business stakeholders (including Process Owners).
3. Responsibility for detailed analysis and fact finding on customer insight and complaints, identification of any training needs from across internal teams and the outsourced CIC (Customer Interaction Centre).
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to devise and co-create corrective Action Plans targeting improvements to systems, training, or processes to mitigate complaints and enhance the customer experience.
5. Drive the execution of action plans with cross-functional teams and track progress against defined milestones and outcomes.
6. Monitor post-implementation data to verify that actions have the desired impact, continually tracking trends and reporting on effectiveness to stakeholders.
7. Provide ongoing feedback to the Customer Interaction Service, Process and Quality Implementation team and contribute to the BMW Group Financial Services 2030 strategy through insights and measured improvements.
8. Work closely with internal team including CIC Governance, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, Process Specialists, Operational Supplier Relationship Managers, and colleagues in Munich and C1-UK-B on Insight Management and related initiatives.

Qualifications and experience:

9. Studying for an undergraduate degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
10. Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the automotive/finance industries alongside a strong desire to constantly learn and develop into a business leader
11. Relevant experience from study or work to demonstrate your competencies would be beneficial
12. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
13. Strong analytical, data manipulation and modelling skills
14. Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
15. Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously

Eligibility:

17. Returning to studies for at least 6 months after the placement.
