Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be able to support a KS2 child, working alongside the teacher to help manage daily routines and learning activities. You may assist small groups of children with tasks or provide general classroom support as well as be able to modify challenging behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
