Midweight Digital Designer to join a fast‑paced, collaborative team where creativity and design skills will shine. You will deliver pixel‑perfect assets, understand branding and campaigns for e‑commerce environments, and support marketing channels across email, web, social, affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities
* Deliver creative artwork for all digital outputs.
* Create assets for web, emails, social channels, affiliate marketing and online features.
* Work with UX Designer and E‑commerce Team to design content pages in Figma.
* Produce engaging animations using Adobe After Effects.
* Support marketing team and digital design team to meet deadlines efficiently.
* Adapt designs across formats, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Produce elegant typography, ensuring legibility and visual harmony.
* Demonstrate strong UX/UI and design thinking across channels.
* Consider mobile‑first solutions, budget, CMS and time constraints.
* Contribute to team ideation and cross‑functional collaboration.
* Present ideas to senior management, embracing feedback.
* Maintain asset filing with Dropbox and Adobe CC Libraries.
* Retouch imagery and brief Retouch team as needed.
* Create templates for campaigns and season launches.
* Manage workflows using Monday.com.
* Mentor junior team members.
* Other ad‑hoc duties as requested.
Qualifications
* Proven experience designing digital assets in a similar industry.
* Proficient Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and After Effects.
* Basic knowledge of Figma; working with prototypes and wireframes.
* Strong UX/UI and design thinking; attention to detail.
* Knowledge of best practice for mobile e‑commerce.
* Experience working in a busy design department with marketing.
* Customer‑focused with keen eye for imagery and photography.
* Understanding of web design and performance.
* Creative flair, self‑motivated, organised, meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; prioritise large workload.
