Main duties of the job
* Your responsibilities will include overseeing the deliveryof specialist services, ensuring the implementation of best practices, andfostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
* Lead and manage community specialist services, ensuringthe delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop andimplement care plans tailored to the needs of individual patients.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of services,identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
* Ensure compliance with NHS policies, guidelines, andstandards, maintaining a safe and effective care environment.
* Provide leadership and support to staff, promotingprofessional development and fostering a positive working environment.
* Engage with patients, families, and carers to ensure theirvoices are heard and their needs are met.
