Are you a nurturing and creative educator with a passion for early years development? A friendly and well-resourced primary school in West Drayton is seeking a warm, committed, and inspiring Reception Teacher to join their EYFS team.

The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn
* Foster early reading, phonics, numeracy, and personal development skills
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate records using observation-based assessment
* Work closely with parents, carers, and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS
* Has experience teaching in a Reception or EYFS setting
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
* Is warm, enthusiastic, and committed to every child’s progress
* Has excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
