About the Role
Work Lyf Group are recruiting for an experienced QHSE Manager to support a leading manufacturer within the window and door sector. This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards across all operations. The role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE management systems while promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the
* ISO 9001 Quality Management System
* Lead internal audits, supplier assessments and external certification audits.
* Ensure compliance with all UK Health & Safety legislation, including theHealth and Safety at Work Act 1974.
* Conduct risk assessments, site inspections and accident/near-miss investigations.
* Manage environmental systems aligned withISO 14001and support the development and maintenance ofISO 50001energy management systems.
* Drive sustainability, waste management and energy-efficiency initiatives across the business.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience inQHSE,Health & Safety, orQuality Managementwithin a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO standards.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence and promote a positive safety and quality culture.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH General Certificateor equivalent (essential).
* IEMAorIOSHmembership (desirable).
