About this vacancy
The role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide a range of general office, administration, telephony and business lounge services and operational support to groups and individuals within the firm. The work will include:
* Undertake various routine administrative tasks;
* Post related duties;
* Records management;
* Handling and processing incoming calls;
* Welcoming clients and visitors to the firm.
So who are we looking for? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and with the ability to perform effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 GCSE's, or equivalent, including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above. Experience desirable but not essential – we will teach you everything you need to know. Candidates with a full clean driving licence would be desirable.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week. Working shifts between 8am – 4pm and 10am – 6pm.
Salary: £22,932 per annum.
Our team
Our operations team is a key part of the wider Muckle LLP team, which is over 200 people strong. Our people are based across our Newcastle, Cumbria and Teesside offices.
This is a fully on-site position supporting our Operations team at our Newcastle office.
