An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Acute Services Medical Directorate, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our Senior Charge Nurses and teams.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to Senior Charge Nurses and teams within the Acute Services Medical Directorate.
Qualifications
* Educated to Standard Grade level; possess RSA/SCOTVEC qualification or equivalent, or have relevant previous experience.
* Excellent keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge and experience of a hospital environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of NHS systems and processes; training will be given.
* Previous administrative experience and knowledge of confidentiality and safe handling of information/GDPR is required.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
* English language competency, numeracy and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively.
