Support and Enablement Specialist
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Support and Enablement Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations, policies, and people practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Advise and coach managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and teams.
* Help drive talent development, succession planning, and retention.
* Lead on return-to-work and exit interview processes.
* Support risk assessments, OH referrals, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Collaborate on HR projects and policy improvements.
About You:
* You have a background in HR generalist experience, ideally as an Advisor.
* You hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or are working towards it.
* You possess great communication and problem-solving skills.
* You are confident with data and HR systems.
* You can manage a busy workload across multiple priorities.
* You are willing to travel to services across the region.
