Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a blend of organisational skills, computer proficiency, and effective communication abilities to manage various office tasks efficiently.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
* Support the team with administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient workflow.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Demonstrated clerical experience, showcasing an ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
