Main responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain an excellent knowledge of the production project schedule, ensuring pre-start checks are completed.
2. Create and maintain a valuation for each project, updating with additional costs and uplifted quotes as the project progresses to ensure visibility of profit margins, client charges, and supplier costs.
3. Ensure site induction, qualification, and ID requirements are provided to the scheduling team prior to and during site attendance, liaising with the client when more information is needed.
4. Identify appropriate deployable project assets as per client requirements, obtain quotes from the asset team, and ensure booking requests are raised in a timely manner prior to site attendance.
5. Liaise with field staff throughout the project, conducting regular check-ins to monitor productivity and report any issues to the Project Manager.
6. Maintain clear notes throughout the project to ensure a complete log of all events is available for issue resolution.
7. Investigate disputes or client complaints promptly and present findings to the Project Manager.
8. Attend client meetings for note-taking and Project Manager coverage as required.
9. Identify commercial risks and issues that may impact the customer or our operations, escalating them to the Project Manager with all necessary information for decision-making.
10. Complete supplier/contractor onboarding and evaluation processes.
11. Liaise with the Project Geophysicist team to monitor production logs and escalate if the job duration is affected by increased or delayed production.
12. Verify the accuracy of supplier and client invoices before approval.
13. Proofread Final Reports for final QA from the Project Manager.
14. Build and maintain strong working relationships with office and field staff.
