As Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior management and operational teams to maintain high commercial standards across projects, providing sound advice on contractual and financial matters while ensuring robust cost control. Preparation and management of Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) Procuring labour, materials, and subcontractors in collaboration with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Preparation and agreement of Final Accounts Accurate and proactive management of subcontractor accounts to optimise commercial performance Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering, ideally including roads or infrastructure projects strong understanding of complex forms of contract is required Full, valid UK driving licence With a robust and forward-looking workload, this role offers long-term job security and the opportunity to join a stable, well-run contractor during uncertain times in the wider market.
