If you’re our ideal Maintenance Manager you will:
10. Be yourself!
11. Have previous experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
12. Be hands-on and prepared to get out and about in the hotel, working on fixes and improvements alongside your team
13. Have exceptional knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems that you can share with your team
14. Understand the finances of the hotel and have basic knowledge of budgeting and reporting
15. Be up for a challenge because no two days are the same working in Maintenance!
