We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. This full-time role involves maintaining our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.
Position: Full Time
Hours: 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, UK
The ideal candidate will live within approximately 10 miles of Stoke-on-Trent, with travel required to service machines in surrounding areas.

Work hours are 45 per week, with a starting salary of £28,782. After probation, you will be eligible for an uncapped monthly bonus, typically around £400.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenishing and restocking machines
* Carrying out preventative service visits within a designated territory
* Completing site surveys for new installations
* Cleaning machines to ensure they are in excellent condition
* Handling cash removals and deposits
* Performing repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Managing stock both on-site and in vehicles
* Providing support or holiday cover for other field engineers
* Building strong relationships with colleagues and concession partners
* Maintaining a professional appearance and leaving machines in better condition than found
