Position: UK Sales Manager - Technical Product Sales
Location: Hull, UK (Hybrid/On-site)
Role: Senior Sales Manager focusing on New Business Growth
Salary: £50,000 base + company car, with OTE in Year 1: £75,000
Company: Growing SME with £9M turnover, aiming to reach £12M in the next 3 years
Overview: An exciting opportunity for a self-starter with proven experience in product sales, particularly within construction or manufacturing sectors, to lead new business development and contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute new business strategies to source and secure new clients
2. Build and maintain relationships with target customers in construction, manufacturing, and related sectors
3. Drive growth in existing and new markets
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in UK construction, manufacturing, or new product markets
* Proven track record in new business development and product sales
* Strong network and contacts within target sectors
* Self-motivated, proactive, with a growth mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Field sales experience preferred
