Interim Head of Sales & Marketing | High-Impact Hands-On Commercial Leadership Role | Remote (UK)
We are seeking an experienced interim commercial leader to take full ownership of sales and marketing within a growing, investor-backed platform business at a pivotal stage of its journey.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver measurable revenue impact quickly. You will inherit an active pipeline, existing customers, and a clearly defined offering — your focus will be converting opportunities, rebuilding momentum, and driving predictable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signature
* Build and manage a structured, high-velocity pipeline
* Win new business while expanding and retaining existing accounts
* Create targeted messaging and campaigns that generate qualified demand
* Implement repeatable sales processes and clear commercial metrics
* Align sales and marketing into a single, results-driven engine
