The Role
As Art Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning by:
* Preparing specialist materials and equipment for practical lessons
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of all Art rooms and storage areas
* Managing stock control, ordering, and budgeting for materials
* Supporting students during practical activities where required
* Assisting with coursework moderation preparation
* Supporting with departmental events, exhibitions, and open evenings
* Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
* Maintaining specialist equipment and tools
You will work closely with teachers to ensure all lessons run smoothly and safely.
