Account Coordintor
We are looking for an organised team player who can continuously meet expectations, with the ability to provide excellent customer service to the clients.
Location: Outside of Aylesbury
Salary: £28,000
Duties:
1. Liaising with clients daily to organise events from enquiry through to completion.
2. Understanding the market and clients’ requirements and how they like to work
3. Managing a large volume of information and processing through various contact means i.e. phone, emails, or other platforms.
4. Working closely with the Account managers to prepare quotations, presentations and learning about budgets and profit margins.
5. Organising and managing all event logistics, arranging equipment, booking transport, sourcing, and booking accommodation and travel.
6. Assisting with the collation of event specific information to create / assist with marketing material.
7. Daily communications with internal departments, finance and warehouse
Requirements:
8. Strong administration experience
9. Computer literate able to use Microsoft Packages
10. Must have a driving licence due to the location
