Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in London. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing guidance on CQC regulations, and advising on operational and management issues within care homes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, developing action plans, overseeing the implementation of improvement strategies, and reporting on progress. The role also involves liaising with care home owners, managers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
* Skills in Auditing, Reporting, and Analysis
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to advise on Operational and Management issues
* Experience in the healthcare or care home industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
