We are recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant (Days) to join an exceptional, stand-alone nursing and residential care home on the outskirts of Winchester. Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred care
Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
Promote dignity, independence and choice
Assist with mobility and wellbeing
Accurately record care provided
Offer emotional support and companionship
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the day.

Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
A compassionate and patient nature
Good communication skills
Reliability and a strong team ethic
A genuine passion for supporting older people
£12.50 – £13.65 per hour
