Sales Manager required in Exeter!
1. Basic salary of £35,000 DOE plus bonus providing an uncapped annual on-target earnings of around £55,000 per annum.
2. Monday to Saturday with a fixed day off in the week

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Car Sales Manager at our client's franchise-approved volume car dealership located in Exeter.
Reporting to the General Manager; this role will require you to build, develop, encourage and improve our client's new car sales team's current sales and success by providing them with structure, mentoring, confidence and motivation to maximise individual and team potential.
Your role as a Car Sales Manager will include:
4. Managing the team of Car Sales Executives.
5. Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on new vehicles and finance, and insurance products.
6. Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email.
7. Working to market cars and services on offer in the dealership and online, liaising with the marketing and digital sales teams to ensure this is accurate and seamless.
8. Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high.
9. Handling any customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
10. Maintaining and tracking KPI’s.
11. Ensuring all sales completed are FCA compliant.
12. Second facing when required to close the deal.
13. Ensuring stock is prepared to our client's standards.
14. Ensuring showroom and forecourt presentation is always to a high standard.
This role would suit a manager with retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, particularly within new car sales, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and your ability to handle conflicting demands. In addition, you will need to be able to display the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business. A UK Driving Licence with minimal points is also essential. Any experience working with premium/luxury car brands would be highly advantageous, however is non-essential.
