Key Responsibilities:
* Safely direct plant and vehicle movements across the site
* Manage exclusion zones and pedestrian safety
* Perform vehicle checks and enforce site traffic rules
* Liaise with drivers and site personnel to ensure smooth operations
* Valid Plant and Vehicle Marshall/Banksman certificate
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Solid understanding of site safety procedures
* Good communication skills and reliability
What We Offer:
* £14.66 per hour basic rate
* Overtime paid after 10 hours worked daily
* Weekly pay (if agency role)
