About the Role
As a Personal Claims Handler, you will manage warranty claims for products like furniture and electrical appliances, working alongside major high street retailers. Your expertise will ensure that every claim is handled fairly, accurately, and efficiently keeping our customers happy and maintaining trust in our services.
You’ll have the independence to manage your own caseload, while also benefiting from a collaborative team environment. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow professionally, take initiative, and make a meaningful contribution every day.
What You’ll Do
* Guide customers through the claims process, delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, friendly advice and resolving queries.
* Take full ownership of claims, coordinating repairs, ordering parts, or arranging settlements.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.
* Work closely with your team to meet goals and support colleagues.
* Suggest improvements to make the claims process faster, easier, and more satisfying for customers.
