The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll act as a trusted first point of contact, supporting customers via phone and email with a range of queries.
You will:
* Handle customer enquiries relating to agreed payments
* Support customers experiencing changes in circumstances or financial difficulty
* Manage general payment-related queries
* Assist customers with queries around their debt solution
* Deliver a high level of empathy, professionalism and accuracy in every interaction
* Work in line with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of this role — consistently meeting and exceeding expectations is key.
About You
Essential:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience within Financial Services and/or a Customer Service role
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work within a regulated environment
* You’ll be empathetic, professional, and confident handling sensitive conversations -particularly when supporting customers in vulnerable situations.
