Terberg Shunter Driver - Moreton
Mon-Fri | 6am-4pm | £15.15 per hour (PAYE)
About the Role
We're currently recruiting an experienced Terberg Shunter Driver to join a busy transport operation based in Moreton. This is a part-time opportunity for someone confident in yard shunting and trailer movements.
Key Responsibilities
* Yard shunting of trailers using a Terberg shunter unit
* Moving trailers safely and efficiently around the site
* Communicating with yard staff and following site procedures
* Ensuring all movements comply with safety standards
* Covering holidays for our client's permanent driver on a long-term basis (we can offer you other work around these shifts if you need full-time hours)
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months Terberg shunting experience (essential)
* Regular UK driving licence (no HGV licence required)
* Reliable, safety‑aware, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced yard environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Shift & Pay
* Day shifts - 06:00-16:00 - 12 hours pay guaranteed per shift
* £15.15 per hour (PAYE)
