Rogue Community Health has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced School Health Program Director. This leadership position is responsible for all activities within Rogue Community Health’s school-based health centers, including direct supervision of personnel and volunteers, full responsibility for financial and operational requirements, and ensuring the smooth operation of services, facilities, and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) project requirements.

They should have management and supervisory experience in a medical clinic and support our PCMH model of health and wellness services. Priority will be given to candidates with strong analytical, budgeting, and personnel management skills.
We seek a team player committed to our mission, professional in appearance and manner, with a positive attitude, effective communication skills including conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The role requires regular travel to multiple sites. Candidates must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen.

Requirements:
* BA/BS in business, healthcare, or related field
* Minimum two years in a medical office with supervisory or management experience preferred
* Knowledge of electronic scheduling systems and medical records is highly desirable
