Your new role
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative support service within the office.
1. Providing administrative support to the technical teams and office management support
2. Formatting and amending documents, scanning, and printing contracts.
3. Booking travel and amodation
4. Managing phone calls and post
5. Arranging meetings and Audio typing of minutes
What you'll need to succeed
6. A “can do” attitude with excellentmunication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
7. Administration experience
8. IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Editor
