The Contracts Manager will be the primary Point of Contact and oversee all customer contract compliance for specified Customers contracted to the Brize Norton depot and associated depots within the Adler and Allan Group. This position will also involve overall responsibility for customer portals and attendance of regular meetings with the customers, producing reports and presentations as required.
The Contracts Manager will also work closely with the sales team to support in relation to new customer bids and the subsequent integration of contracts into Operations.

1. Day to day management of the Services being provided and primary PoC for the customers.
2. Internal representation of the customers
3. Provide contract leadership
4. Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is as per customer requirements.
5. Ensure any reactive / remedial works are completed to a satisfactory standard and timeframe.
6. Responsibility for the correct completion of the customers portal.
7. Manager performance against the Service Level Agreements.
8. Provide reports and presentations to the customers.
9. Feedback to customers on problem site, including suggested works to alleviate future issues.
