We are looking for enthusiastic people to provide support for adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) enabling the individuals to reach their full potential and improve their quality of life. Come join our team Be motivated to learn new skills and will be willing to undertake training to provide specialist support with individualised support plans, medication, feeding tubes, suctioning equipment and oxygen administration. To complete all mandatory training for health and social care PA’s are encouraged to support their customers to make choices, express themselves creatively, socialise and develop positive relationships PA’s to build community links to access a variety of activities Good communication skills to work closely with other health professionals such as Occupational therapists, Speech and Language and community nurses To understand the principles and support people in a person centred way encouraging customers to have choice and control. To support our customers with daily routine, meal support and personal care when required Our staff team are friendly and welcoming Experience is desirable but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential To be confident to work as part of a team and to lone work at times. Driver or Non driver but full time role (Monday to Friday 9:30-3:30) Option to pick up extra hours in other areas of the service. Wellbeing being package and company benefits are included in the role.
