Role Description - Creator and Partnerships Manager for Creator Agency in London
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Creator and Partnerships Manager to manage and grow a roster of talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, self-starter and full of initiative, can build strong brand relationships, and knows how to balance creator care with commercial performance.
* Manage a portfolio of talent, handling requests and resolving issues quickly and effectively
* Lead talent campaigns end-to-end, ensuring deliverables, timelines and KPIs are met
* Work closely with talent to build long-term career strategy and growth plans
* Protect and enhance talent image/brand positioning
* Support international placements (e.g., placement with foreign agencies)
* Own roster forecasting (financial + strategic) and deliver against revenue targets
* Proactively seek and secure commercial opportunities across the full roster
* Respond quickly and efficiently to inbound brand requests
* Identify new business development opportunities (partnerships, casting, etc.)
* Identify and sign high-revenue talent and support the wider team to do the same
* Support shoots/content creation when needed (attendance, logistics, admin support, arranging photographers)
* Manage call-ins, gifting, event dressing and returns with brands
* Attend events occasionally and represent the agency/talent professionally
* Handle admin as required (invoicing, contracts, media decks/pitch materials)
* Stay on top of social media platforms and trends, sharing insights with the team
What success looks like (Accountability)
* Driving roster revenue to target - you will need to be comfortable with monthly KPI/ targets
* Scouting, Retaining creator talent and growing long-term value
* Increasing revenue from new opportunities
* Representing talent brilliantly at events (press moments + new client connections)
* Strategy for talent

* Able to write and present strong pitch decks and secure buy-in
* Strong project management skills across commercial opportunities and delivery
