We are currently seeking an experienced mentor to support a Year 13 student who requires sensitive, adult‑to‑adult mentoring focused on post‑16 pathways, emotional wellbeing, and confidence building. This young person is experiencing moderate depression, anxiety, autistic burnout, and emotional dysregulation, which has impacted his ability to attend school consistently and manage day‑to‑day functioning (including sleep, eating, self‑care, and emotional regulation). He is motivated to move forward and is particularly interested in further study via online routes, such as the Open University, but would benefit from guidance around different pathways and next steps.
