As part of our growing Fire Safety division, we seek an experienced and motivated Fire Risk Assessor to deliver expert risk assessments and guidance across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and public sector buildings.
About the Role:
As a Fire Risk Assessor, you’ll be responsible for:
* Conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with PAS 79.
* Producing clear, accurate reports and practical recommendations for clients.
* Providing fire safety advice in line with current legislation and best practice.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and fire safety professionals.
* Supporting compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fire risk assessments.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Fire Certificate, IFSM, IFE, FRACS, or similar).
* A registered fire risk assessor (TFRAR or IFE)
* Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* A proactive, detail-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
