MUST HAVE LONDON MARKET UNDERWRITING PROJECT EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE LLOYD'S MARKET EXPERIENCE
3 DAYS PER WEEK IN LONDON OFFICE
* Min 7 years’ experience
* Min 3 years insurance, London market/Lloyd’s
* Great communication skills
* Experience with underwriting projects
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Direct experience working with Dev & AQ teams
* Willingness to push back.
* Good curiosity and good problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
* Preferable experience with AI projects, but not a must have

What You’ll Do:
Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency
Build strong relationships across teams and communicate project updates effectively
Analyze data to guide business decisions and create impactful reports
Support project delivery from scope definition to successful execution
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, with at least 3 years in insurance
A curious, innovative mindset — always looking to challenge the status quo
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Flexibility to work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
A passion for leveraging AI to improve processes and performance
