An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our client's renowned Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team. This is a rare chance to work exclusively on contentious probate litigation within a respected and growing firm recognised across the South East.You'll handle a broad range of disputes including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of Wills, executor and estate administration disputes, Court of Protection matters, and trust disputes.
