Structural Engineer (Junior to Senior)

We are seeking skilled and motivated Structural Engineers to join a forward-thinking engineering team delivering innovative structural design solutions. This role offers excellent progression opportunities across levels - from junior engineer through to senior technical lead - with responsibilities tailored to experience and capability. The successful candidate will work on structural steel and hybrid structural systems across a range of commercial, industrial, and low‑carbon design projects.
The Role
Responsibilities will vary depending on experience but may include:
* Structural design and analysis in line with Eurocodes and British Standards
* Producing calculations, technical reports, and design documentation
* Using industry software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, or similar
* Liaising with internal teams, architects, and project stakeholders
* Attending site visits and resolving technical queries
* Supporting and mentoring junior engineers (Senior level)
About You
* Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Experience in structural design using steel and timber
* Understanding of hybrid structural systems
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Working towards or holding chartered status (Senior level preferred)
