Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
* Purchase ledger duties as required
* Monthly and Mid-month payment runs.
* Assist with Sales ledger invoices
* Payment on Account reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Assist with audit requirements as directed.
* Intercompany recharge invoices
* Credit Control
* Provide assistance to management accounts as required.
* Any other duties as and when required.
Profile
The candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role - Required
* Strong understanding of the reconciliations process - Required
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Required
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
* Previous Sage experience - Desirable
* High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
