Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced practitioners, assisting in the daily operations of the nursery and supporting the educational needs of children aged 0-5 years. Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and implementing engaging educational activities that promote children's development across all areas.
* Support children in their play, learning, and personal care routines, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
* Observe and record children's progress, contributing to assessments and reports as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including maintaining records and documentation.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential; a passion for childcare is crucial.
* Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with children and parents.
