What kind of work will you be doing?
1. Management of a multi-line switchboard, handling calls politely and professionally, forwarding calls to respective personnel and departments as required.
2. Arranging local taxi requirements for guests if needed.
3. Greeting visitors and guests professionally, determining the purpose of their visit, and ensuring they sign in to the guest logbook.
4. Directing, organizing, and accompanying visitors/guests to appropriate destinations.
5. Monitoring visitors' access and issuing visitor passes via electronic means.
6. Sorting daily outgoing mail, messages, and ad hoc deliveries.
7. Processing delivery dockets and ordering sundry materials using Oracle software (training provided).
8. Providing administrative support to the Plant Manager and Project Managers as required.
Who are you?
You are a concierge or hotel receptionist seeking a Monday to Friday role. This position is ideal for someone with experience in front of house or customer service roles. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels. Your organizational skills will be exceptional, ensuring all site visits, deliveries, and meetings run smoothly.
